The rate we paid was good. The room was clean.
The area was not the best. The hallways were very dirty, smelly and old.
I had some work at the court house and the motel was located almost adjacent to the court house, was very convenient. There were quite a few restaurants within walking distance and evening riverfront walk was excellent. Returning next month.
Could use a business center. Other than that, everything was just fine.
The a/c unit worked well in the heat. The beds were comfortable.
The bathroom door needs to fit properly and the shower stall needs updating. Although it was close to the road, there was not excessive road noise. There was no coffee in the room and the continental breakfast that was on the web-site did not exist. However, the restaurant close by was good.
It was cheep!
This was a crazy trip. We got in late and then around midnight and then again around three there was some yelling going on in the hallways upstairs or something. My kids slept right through it but I thought it was fitting of a run down cheep Motel experience! I just chuckled and when back to sleep. Also I think a continental breakfast is more than just coffee, orange juice, and a muffin. Just saying.
This is my second time I visited the motel. Motel serves the purpose of my visit, like the location and price.
Man at front desk was helpful. We planned to check out before continental breakfast started so he gave us muffins when we checked in. For the price Super 7 was ok for our one night stay.
Area we walked into at front door wasn't appealing - had a funny odor - made us question our decision to stay there. Front desk man let us look at room before finalizing our check-in - room was better than front area.
Close to shopping. The ice machine worked well.
The concierge was dressed too casually with a ponytail (should have been our first clue). The shower was appalling, I bought a bath mat so I wouldn't be standing in it. Our room was not cleaned the 2nd day and I had to go ask for towels. The front desk man said that was usual. The continental breakfast was a joke. I booked a smoking room with 2 queen beds...we got no smoking and 2 doubles. I think we should have gotten some money back...$55 A nite was too much for that.
This motel needs to be torn down!!!!!
This motel says its 100% smoke free--as soon as you walk into this building it reaks of stall smoke. The room was worse! Bathroom has mold -carpets are stained with cigarette burns Chairs and beds have soil stains. Curtains are yellowed with smoke This place was disgusting- I had to go and get air fresheners. I would not recommend this to any travellers with children. This place is disgusting! ITs Dirty I would never ever recocomment this place to any travellers, infact, I would warn all travellers to not use this place ever!
Seems like there is ongoing work going on at the motel, got woke up early with the noise but slept good, didn,t mind. Internet was excellent
Not the cleanest or best kept up hotel. We got what we paid for I guess. Breakfast does not count as a breakfast in my book though and did not start until 8am (when we had to leave, so coffee wasnt ready even).
